CVS want to issue my report to NY without my License validation

Hi Suzanne and everyone else that can help me anderstand.

I started the credentials verification service for NY 6 MONTHS AGO. CGFNS has received my transcripts from my home country but they did not received the license validation yet. The why is because they ight have changed they adress in my country. CGFNS sent a letter there on April 23 but since then I have been communicating with them but still nothing

I called cgfns to inquire if I could give them the different adress so that they can send a second letter. Soke with a lady who told me that they not send another letter. She told me they are gettig ready to send what they have to New York by the 20th of july. I am confused. I thought I had one year to meet the requirements; so I do not get it.

I have the feeling that they are always putting sticks in the wheels to make it difficult for us.

Can I still expect NY TO give me the ATT even though CGFNS did not wait for the license validation.

I really need help from you guys,

CGFNS will wait a certain amount of time and will write x amount of times and if they don't receive all the information in set time it is all given to NY and they make their own decision with information at hand. That is my understanding

Anna is correct, they only wait six months to receive the documentation that they asked for; if not, they send on your file to NY and let them make their own decision.

You have no choice but to wait and see what NY will do.
