CVS application NOTARIAL CERTIFICATE

Hi,everybody, following is one page of my CVS application form NOTARIAL CERTIFICATE. Now, i have doubts about the date, i came to the notarial office and signed my name on December 16,2014, but the last part of the certificate shows the date is December 17,2014. is it ok?

NOTARIAL CERTIFICATE(Translation)

Applicant: XXX, female, was born on Nov.21,1988, ID Card No.:410xxxxxxxxxx.

Notarial Item: Signature

This is to vertify that XXX came to my office on December.16,2014 and affixed her signature on the foregoing English Document in my presence.

anybody knows the signature notary certificate requirement? especially about the DATE?

I don't think you should worry about the date too much, CGFNS should be able to understand it.

By the way how did you get that done in China, do you have to translate the document into Chinese first and go to the notary public office and get it signed? As I just went to the notary office this morning, they won't do it for me, so frustrating.
