I Grad in May 2009 and want to eventually move on to get my BSN. I only lack Statitics, history (boo), & chemistry on my pre-requisites. I was wanting to take online classes part-time and work full-time if feasable. I was wondering how the clinicals for the program work. I read somewhere that they are designed around the idea that you are working as an RN somewhere. I know that the ADN program I am in now is designed that you are not committed to a "carreer" type job anywhere; the program comes numero uno!! Anyways, I guess my question is how ofter do you attend clinicals and how are the assignments?? Also, which classes can I expect to have to take online and which classes do we have to attend?? One more, what rotations for clinicals are there and where are they??
Thanks in advance!!

See if that helps.

Thanks!! That was close to what I was looking at, but I was a little off. What are the advanced placement hours = 30 SCH?? Is that the hours I am earning from my program or maybe prereqs?? Also, it says ALL courses are offered on the web, but what about clinicals; how does that work??
I've only just begun looking into the program myself, so I don't yet know the answers to your questions. However, I believe the 30 SCH thing indicates that that one course is equivalent to 30 semester hours of the required 60 or whatever it is. I assume it's because of the hours you got in your ADN.
Hmm....now I have to investigate more...LOL

This link pretty much confirms what we were thinking. The school honors our degree as 30 hours.
Here are some other links I ran into that might help you, but I am still trying to figure out how often we would have to meet for labs, clinicals, etc.
