Culture Change in LTC Houston or Dallas, TX...

hello everyone, I am currently in Ohio & have been an LPN for 1 year. I was wondering if anyone has worked for or heard about any culture change nursing facilities in Houston or Dallas. I work right now for one & I love the way the home runs w/the new culture change. I will be moving to either of the cities in less than 1 1/2 years, so I'm asking anyone from that area about it. Or if they could recommend any places, I would really appreciate it...

Hi, there. I have been living in Fort Worth for a little over 2 years.

However, I have never heard of any Culture Change facilities in the area.

The LTC Facility I work at has initiated a Cutural Change program. We are all really excited about this and can't wait to get started. Have you seen the "LOOK AT ME" video? I love the I CARE Plans, neighborhoods, family style dining.....

Just curious...what is Culture Change in ltc? Is it anything like the Eden alternative?
