Cullen's sign, Blumberg's sign, Murphy's sign, etc...

Hi all,

I am a junior in a BSN prgm and my Med/Surg instructor has told me it be a good idea to make a list of all those wonderful "signs" that are S&S of certain disease processes. I was hoping that there is a site or someone ;) who might know about this info.

If, not thanks anyway I have started making up a sheet, but with all the other stuff I have to keep up with, n e help would be appreciated

Make it graphically pleasing and display it for the rest of it.

Before you get started, skip Homan's sign. Research has proven it's not a good indicator. :uhoh3:

I like the sentiment of asking you to post it up when you're done. Share with the group, Grasshopper...

As far as a site with info, google knows all... :lol2:

I did find info and compiled a listing, but dunno how to make it "graphically pleasing" :D

Just post up what you've got. The "graphically pleasing" element can be fixed easily, getting the info together is the hard part.
