I just graduated from University of Colorado-Denver with a psychology degree last spring. I have since moved back home to Chicago and am doing my pre reqs at a local community college although I am still considered a resident in Colorado as well. The plan is to finish next spring (2010) and apply to the nursing program for spring 2011 admissions. What is the admissions process like? How long does it take to hear back and what makes someone a "shoe" in to the program? Can anyone tell me about the program and what to expect?
I've tried getting ahold of someone at CU but haven't heard back at all from anyone.
