Just wanted to start a thread for CT CC 2018-2019 Applicants.

Ah Friday can't come soon enough! I'm excited and nervous I have such mixed emotions about it as well. This will also be my second year applying. I'll be at work Friday and I may cry- but hoping it'll be happy tears! Good Luck everyone and keep me updated :)

Gateway, UB and I'm sending in my application for st. vincents at SHU too

That's great! Hopefully we will both get into gateway. Does St. Vincent's have an accelerated program?

Yes, they offer an accelerated program that starts in the fall. However, if you have all your gen education completed you can go in as a transfer student which is the same amount of time as the accelerated program and it starts in the summer. The program is part of Sacred heart university now and it's less expensive than it was before. I have my interview with them tomorrow for admission, Hopefully, we get into one of these programs!

Forewarning: last year they sent an email the day before saying results will be posted the next day. Nearly gave me and my classmates all a heart attack so heads up lol
