Is there anyone applying for CSUSB Spring program? Let's share some information here. I don't know how do they calculate overall GPA as I have another bachelor degree from another country.

I’m debating if I want to apply again. I don’t want to sit around for a year and take random classes. I may retake my TEAS again and see if I can get in the 80’s.

yeah, I get that. If you do decide to retake your TEAS I recommend Pocket Prep. It’s an app from ATI that has practice TEAS questions. That was really helpful for me in studying.
Are the science questions on there similar to the TEAS ?

I am sorry to hear that @koriewill00
My stats are:
1. Overall GPA: 3.7
2. Pre-Req GPA: 3.4
3. TEAS: 98%
4: Bilingual: Yes
5: Local Resident: Yes
I would be careful reapplying because I know they are changing chem to biochem

Hi, Im applying for fall 2021 but I was wondering if its hard to get in if your not considered a local?
My stats
Cumulative GPA: 3.87
Pre- Req - still in progress but its like a 3.7 to 3.8
Im also bilingual ^^
Hi @Erica Aguayo. Since the nursing program is so impacted at CSUSB they cater to the people living in San Bernardino County first. It isn't impossible to get in not being local, but it is a great deal harder. All you can do is try ? Loma Linda is also a good nursing school and they are not far from CSUSB

Hi, I’m not sure if this is still active.
I applied for the Fall of 2021 and I haven’t heard from them. The admission letters will probably come out in the next couple of weeks. I’m just wondering if anyone could tell me what my chances of getting in if I’ve met most of the requirements such as the pre-reqs, current GPA 3.7, local resident, and bilingual. My only worry is that the first time I took the TEAS I got a 65% and the second time I took it I got 80%; however, the second test I took after a week of the TEAS validity deadline. I overlooked the deadlines because the TEAS test was only valid if you took it anytime prior February 1st and the application and all results were due the 12th. I didn’t mean to wait until the last minute to take the test, I was just able to get the money to take the TEAS in the beginning of this year since it was around $180 and I took it twice. Will I be cut off even though the TEAS was probably the only thing I did not meet? Thank you!

Hey current nursing students, I want to ask how's your experience so far and did you guys/gals get a white coat ceremony?
