Hello everyone,

I'm applying for CSULB this Spring, transferring from Palomar College. Just finish all of the application today. Anyone else applies this Spring? Good luck to us all :yeah:

Aren't we allowed to haver one course in progress?

Yes, you can have one course in progress, however, it is counted as a "C."

So I just called right now to get some stuff cleared up about my course in progress and she told me that they cut back on 12 spots so.only 84 people are getting accepted. Im alternate 23 whuch sucks. She said that I most likely wony get in.

Umm idk. i just called to figure out what was wrong with my course in progress and she just flat out told me. They are probably going to start notifying people soon. I wouldnt call her though she seemed really busy.

Is there a specific reason you called to check on your course in progress? Did they (SON) contact you to tell you something was wrong with your course in progress?

I dont remember what my stats were off the top of my head right now. Ill calulate them up when I get home. But I got a 81% on the teas. My overall gpa was 3.74 and I have all As in my science courses with micro in progress.

Nerdynursered: no I checked the application status for the university and it said that I was denied admission because I didn't finish micro by the summer. So I called because we are allowed to have one course in progress and she said that she was going to send a memo out to the admissions office.
