i am currently at a 9.48! I think I might take the TEAS again to try and bump up my score.

Just called her, she said orientation will be all day on Dec. 11.

Have you gotten an email about what we need to have completed as far as.vaccine records, physical,etc. Before orientation?

Nothing. She said that they're still waiting to complete some paperwork and haven't sent out any information yet.

I thought that we didn't have to do SOAR since we're gonna be in nursing? 0: am I wrong?

That's what I heard, which is why I am hesitant to register. Can anyone else confirm?

On the CSULB page with the info for the SOAR it says that ALL transfer students are required to attend. I already scheduled my date :)

Hi guys, quick update... I decided to request to go part time at work. I'm taking the bullet and taking on more student loans to supplement my income. If anybody out there has experience with non government student loans like Sallie Mae I'm interested in getting some info.

Also an update on the High Sierra rolling backpack I got. I've been using it as my traveler bag when I go to my boyfriends on the weekends (he's an hour away) and I love how much space it has. There's plenty of compartments and I can fit a 13" laptop with plenty of space left. Anyway, I highly recommend it if you're trying to save your back from backpack hell.

Is there anything we have to bring to orientation? also is there a dress code?

I think we're just supposed to bring the handbook and the orientation packet. I haven't heard anything about a dress code
