CSULB Fall 2013 BSN

I just submitted my application yesterday and thought I'd start a thread for this process! I was involved in one last year when I applied, and it was really helpful to know what was going on, and where my stats where with others! I was told that they are expecting over 500 applicants, and we would hear back by the end of February! Good luck everyone!

Maybe she meant the admitted and alternate lists

I know that overall it was an easy & fun interview but, did anyone still feel that they did horrible?!?! Cause I did! :(

I did horrible.. on the writing and describing stuff... My discussion was ok. Kinda felt uncomfortable. But they clearly stated it was meant to test your communication and won't effect the decision so I'm not feeling too bad about it...

Interview wasn't too bad! It's definitely intimidating, but overall I felt confident and comfortable. Okay, I was looking through last years thread and they got their acceptance emails from SON on April 24th, which is the same day they found out they were accepted to CSULB as well. I am looking forward to that day! Also, their orientation for SON was June 8th last year.

I was told 92 would be accepted out of the 110ish that were interviewed! But I kinda got the feeling that he just wanted to give us a number so we would stop asking. Good luck to all!

Not sure if anyone asked this already, but everyone with the interviews currently has applied to the Prelicensure BSN Program right? I've applied to the RN-BSN program and just called the SoN. They stated that all of the RN-BSN program applicants won't hear about admission until the second week of April. All these postings about interviews and hearing from the school were making me anxious :nailbiting:

Does anyone know if rejection letters from csulb were sent out yet? I just want to know if I'm in the clear of admissions' rejection decisions.

hi guys, I just got denied from the Admission/Enrollment Center from CSULB, but I am still waiting for letter decision from nursing department. I did my interview last week. I feel so sad right now??Anyone tell me what I should do right now??

I just checked online via the applicant self service and it says that I have been offered admission into csulb nursing. But I haven't received an email yet. Check yours too! Idk what to believe.

@knguyen, call admissions to ask them why they made the decision just to make sure it wasn't a mistake.
