CSULA MSN Fall 2022

Hello all, has anyone gotten their invite for an interview on Monday Feb 28th 2022 for one of the MSN programs at CSULA? They said invites would be emailed this week. Also said you get an email if you are NOT invited. Anyone got any news? It's getting close and I've heard nothing. Thanks!

Hi! I’m not sure which class you’re in, but my specific cohort was sent a link to access Canvas and were asked to send in updated resumes, cover letters, and a preceptor request form in March.

Oh wow, yeah I didn't recieve any of that but I may have missed it because they were fixing my email and username to reflect my current last name. I'm in the acute program.

Are you in the regular program or post masters? I’m assuming that the post master’s is more rushed overall so they possibly wanted us to get the clinical sites hashed out prior to school starting.

I am in the regular program. I emailed them to clarify and just make sure they have my updated email. Thanks for the info.

Would anyone be willing to share their stats in regards to how long they worked (or didn't) as an RN prior to applying, GPA, other MSN programs you applied to. I am looking at applying for the Fall 2023 cohort and would love to hear what y'all think.

im just wondering how the first two weeks of school for the program went for you guys! like was it in person and if so, how many days did you have to be there for the first and second week?? and was it rigorous immediately??

Hello everyone! I will be starting in MSN-FNP at CSULA 2023 August! So excited to be part of the amazing school/group. Can anyone provide me with general information about program, course load, and personal opinion about how things are going? I been trying my best to gather information but I find it very difficult.
