CSULA ABSN Summer 2022

Hello! I couldn't find any new posts for CSULA's ABSN program so I figured I would start one if anyone would like to share updates. I mailed in my application a little before Christmas, confirmed it had been picked up "by a person from postal facility" according to USPS. 

I haven't heard anything from CSULA, wondering if anyone has gotten confirmation for their application materials?

I got my acceptance email at midnight too !! Congrats to everyone else ! ?

I have fb I can do fb group

Did anyone that got invited to be on the waitlist actually receive a confirmation they were on the waitlist? Or did you just respond to the email and haven’t heard anything back yet?

I haven’t heard back. I emailed him again yesterday for confirmation and still nothing.

Just a reminder, as several posts have been edited to comply with the TOS:

There are two approved ways to create a special place for your cohort.

One: create a facebook page. This link may be posted.

Two: create a "club" for your cohort by clicking on the Breakroom link in the yellow bar to the left of this page. Then click on “Create A New Club” in the green bar at the top of the page, and follow instructions.

References to other than these two avenues will be moved from view, to comply with the Terms of Service.

has anyone gotten any updates since accepting their offer? I haven't gotten any additional information on the onboarding process or the orientation call that's at the end of the month

No I don't believe so, I checked my email and spam and nothing. Just have April 30th on zoom in my calendar :)

I am currently applying to CSULA's ABSN program for their Summer 2023 cycle. I found this thread and thought it would be helpful to get feedback from other students who have already gone through the application cycle. I would greatly appreciate any advice/info you may have about your experience. 

 

I have a few specific questions for those who were accepted into the program. 

1. TEAS score/GPA? 

2. What work experience did you have/list going into the program?

3. How the interview process went.
