Dear Applicant,

We appreciate your interest in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program at California State University Channel Islands. This letter is to inform you that we had over 500 applications for 40 seats and regretfully your application was not accepted into the class of fall 2014 due to the heavy competition.

CSU Channel Islands offers other options you may consider such as biology, with the emphasis of clinical laboratory science, applied physics, psychology, sociology, or health science beginning fall 2014.

An additional option to consider is an Associate Degree in Nursing. Upon successful completion of an Associate Degree in Nursing you are encouraged to apply to the Track II: Fast Track ADN to BSN program at CSU Channel Islands.
