Hi,
I haven't seen anyone make a post regarding Stanislaus State's nursing program for the upcoming Spring. Did anyone else apply to the pre-licensure BSN program for Spring 2021?

Did you get that e mail from them the other day? I think we’re supposed to find out by the end of the week what they are deciding to do for that semester!
Yes, I got the email from them last week too.! Hoping to hear something positive from them by the end of this week regarding the number of students they could accommodate for Spring 2021. Did you also applied to Sac State?

And I agree about the 3 year program but apparently for those 2 year BSN, they didn't include the upper division classes in the roadmap, which you'll still have to take after graduating but I'm not sure. It seems like Stan added it on their roadmap though, which is probably why the classes are a bit more spread out so students can squeeze in upper division classes.
Oh okay! That makes much more sense now !

Yes I did! But my TEAS score really tanked my score so I don’t think I’ll even get close to getting in LOL but worth a shot!

Hey! Will you let us know when you get officially admitted so that we know they have started the alternates! LOL

Yes, I will but my situation is different than yours. I am waiting for a spot that I should have been given but was not due to an error on their part. I do not know what the means for the alternates. If they will be pulling at that time or how all that works. But they are different situations.
But I have no problem letting you guys know. When I get my official acceptance letter. I was reassured that I would get a spot just as soon as a decline is sent in just was not guaranteed a date. Also, I am on the fence if I get admitted to Delta (depending on when I get notification) which school I will choose. Most likely I will stick with Stan because I already go there and have completed my upper-division GE and very close to finishing my other majors. It makes sense to stay where I am at but if I get accepted to delta and Stan does not notify me before their intent to enroll is due I will most likely accept and then drop my spot at Delta but am still up in the air regarding everything.

so what is last sentence mean, if you accepted to delta and stan does not notify you before their intent to enroll is due. you will most likely accept and drop your spot at delta.. I am sorry you mean drop your spot at stan or delta ?

If Stanislaus does not notify before Delta (if I am accepted to Delta) I will accept my spot at Delta before the intent to enroll is due. Once I get a notice from Stan I will mostly drop Delta and stay at stan because I only have a couple more classes to complete for my two other majors at Stan. I am still on the fence with a few things but feel I will keep my spot at stan so I can graduate Stan with 3 bachelors, a minor, and a license....... The only thing that is making me consider (if accepted) another school, is finances.
woo, awesome ... I know a girl who accepted in Stan, and she drop. she told me just so expensive tuition there and she is overwhelming by the class, so she end up reapply MJC and accepted in to the program last year Spring. she is happy with that.. haha.. but she is LVN and she spending too much money to get her LVN done, I think that probably the reason why she drop from the stan.

sac and sanfrancisco still haven't made any decision. once they made, I believe there are some spot available. The issue this year is that East Bay cancelled program which can causes not so many people intend to decline their spot. but I hope you have chance, cause someone said last year they take 15 on waiting list.
