CSU Stanislaus ASBSN Spring 2023

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hi everyone. Is anyone here applying to CSU Stanislaus ASBSN program for Spring 2023 entry? Let's share application info and stats here. I hope this thread can become a support group for all of us during application season!

I hope so ? I’m currently waiting to hear back from a job too so maybe I can add it for paid job experience that would boost me up a few more points since I only got my CNA and passed my test but haven’t worked as one

Thank you ! Good luck to you guys too!! Hopefully we get to meet ??

OMG! That's good to know!  If I'm calculating my points correctly, I'm at about 92 points depending on whether I get 3 or 5 points for work experience.  (I've been a CNA for 3 years part-time, and have over 3,800 hours of work experience) I know the program is super competitive, so I'm hoping I have a shot!

From what I read from the work experience algorithm I think you should get a 5. ?

Hello All,

I hope everyone is doing well, and wish you guys all the luck in the world. I applied to UC Davis ELMS program this year and I was not fortunate enough to get in. I finally took my TEAS test which was holding me back to applying to many different programs. I got a 92.7 on the TEAS, and was very happy with the score.

My stats:

Science GPA: 3.74

Non-Science GPA: 4.0

TEAS: 92.7

Overall GPA: 3.59

After calculating my score, I'm sitting at 96 points with being bilingual, and working in the Emergency Department for 3 years, and also being a resident in the San Joaquin Area. I hope and pray I get in, and wishing the rest of you guys all the luck in the world.

Hi guys!

Has anyone submitted their application yet?  I'm trying to submit mine, and I can't access the submit tab because it appears that I'm missing information on the Quadrant that contains the program specific questions.

How are you all bypassing the questions that ask about attending a prior nursing program?  I am entering N/A on the fill-ins, but unsure what to click on the yes or no questions.  For example, the question that asks "Are you leaving the program in good standing?"  Yes or No - There's no option to click N/A and I can't leave it blank because it gives me an error when I try to submit the application indicating that there is missing info on my application.

Thanks in advance, everyone!

Hi Rose, so I emailed them about the same issue and they said to just fill it out it doesn’t matter because they will have evaluators looking at the applications closely and they’ll be able to determine whether or not you were in another program . They said to not overthink it too much ? hope that helps !

I've been trying to contact the program today, and haven't been able to get through.  I appreciate your response!

Hey everyone. So I am filling out the application and I cannot add ATI TEAS in the standardized test section. There are only three options, IELTS, TOEFL and PTE, which are all not applicable to me. What did yall do?

Hi clementines,

I skipped that part and logged into ATI and sent the transcript over to Stanislaus UEE? We’re we supposed to add it to our application as well ?
