CSU Fresno Fall 2012 Hopefuls

Published

Who will be applying? What other schools are you applying to? What are your stats?

I have not yet applied but I will be this spring:) I am also applying to CSU Stanislaus and every community college in between as I need to start nursing school as soon as possible. I would like to hear what your grades and work experiences are and what you feel makes you competitive! Just felt like starting a thread on this because I could not find one yet....

Specializes in Cardiothoracic, Peds CVICU.

I'm applying to Fresno! I'm also applying to Sonoma, Sac, Stan, & SF for fall 2012.

I was gonna apply to a couple of CCs, but I have physio in progress for spring so that would be make me ineligible to apply for their fall programs. =/

Good luck!

I think if you could complete it by spring, you should be eligible for Fall term admission?

No, the CCs in my area want you to have your prereqs done by this fall in order to apply for next fall.

Glad to see I'm not the only one applying for fall:) Have you figured out how many points you have? I am still a bit iffy if my calculations are correct and have not yet taken the TEAS test but I think I have about 70 without it. I'm hoping to take the TEAS in January or Feb so I can prepare for it.

I'm applying in march for Fall 2012. Right now I have a 4.0 prereq GPA with overall 3.51 GPA. I'm currently taking micro, physio & nutrition. Does anyone know if the TEAS exam has to be done before the application? I know I need to hurry up on that...
