Haven't heard anything yet, but the website says that we're supposed to hear something by the 3rd week of May, at the latest, and... well, here we are in the 3rd week.

I can't help but think that any day now, we're going to all be receiving e-mails, so I'm obsessively refreshing. You know, just in case. :laugh:

Nope. I keep looking at the calendar and thinking to myself, "This is definitely the 3rd week, right?! What the heck?"

Unless they interpret the 3rd week as being the 3rd FULL week (which is total garbage, if you ask me), they're supposed to have everything completed by Sunday. All this waiting and anticipation is making me grouchy. Lol.

not yet, i have both my regular email and horizon email page open and have been vacillating between strenuously forced composure and full on anxiety attack. every time i receive an email (that's not THE email) i have to fight the impulse to hurl my computer/phone/nearest object across the room.

someone please join in so i don't feel like the only lunatic in the room who is completely in her feelings right now. and if you're on the opposite end of the emotional spectrum as i am, please enlighten me with your zen master ways, TIA.

Lol, you are not alone. The insides of my cheeks are chewed and bitten up to shreds because I've been grinding my teeth at night from the stress. I have both of my gmail accounts set up for desktop notifications, and every time something pops up, my heart jumps into my throat, only to see that it's yet another e-mail about yet another on-campus event that I have no compunction to attend.

I could probably use some zen master tips, too.

if they let us know on sunday, i swear i'm going to riot the place. how can they be doing this to my nerves?

i'm jking, they're probably doing their best to review these applications as quickly as possible but in all seriousness i would prefer it if they don't just just rush through it all and take a little more time to be meticulous and accurate. my patience is wearing t h i n though. :no:

Yup, this is the 3rd week of May, the week CSUEB said they'd let us know. Every other school I've heard of for Fall start has done first-round notifications already. Does anyone have any info on why we haven't heard yet? I mean, they're not going to notify on a weekend, right?

Uh oh.. I just read this on the website:

"All offers of conditional admission to the nursing program AND notices of placement on the Wait List are sent via email by Spring Term (last week of May)."

LAST WEEK OF MAY. Aye yay yay.

Ugh. I understand they have an inordinate number of apps this year, but good grief. My cheeks (and my teeth) can't take much more. I'm still unsure of how the whole choosing of classes thing is supposed to go down. My scheduled time to choose summer and fall classes is on the 23rd, so if I haven't heard by then, I guess I'm just adding everything I could possibly need to my schedule, and then I'll drop them as necessary.
