CSU Chico Spring 2020

Has anyone heard back yet? I have gotten my admit paperwork from every school except Chico. I made alt #7 at CSUS and got into CCSF but they are an ADN and I’d have to relocate, so I’m still really hoping to get in at Chico. They are taking so long!

Do you think they will send out an email update regarding the date of the actual notification emails? I was reading the forum from spring 2019 (couldn't find the one for this past fall) and someone said they had received an email about the application review being ongoing right about this time, and the decisions came out the 11th. I'm hoping we don't have to wait very much longer.

I hope we don’t need to wait longer either!! I need to know so I can find an apartment!

Also waiting! Last December a friend of mine found out around Monday the 10th..It's going to be a long weekend!

I just called and they said letters will go out hopefully before the 15th....not really new info but maybe we can breathe over the weekend:)

Hi guys! My name’s Cassie and I’m going to be a third semester student in the nursing program. I know you’re all anxiously awaiting to hear back (trust me, I know the feeling and I feel for you guys) and I just wanted to say good luck!

Out of curiosity, are there other LVNs out there that applied this cycle? I saw this on the California State University, Chico Nursing page regarding LVNs:

"Applicants who hold LVN licenses may qualify for advanced placement upon admission to our on-campus BSN nursing program."

I know locals and current Chico students receive 3 extra points. Do we get extra points as well for our license?

Because that would be dope if we did. haha **wishful/hopeful thinking***

Never mind. I dug deeper and it means advance placement to skip/jump semesters ahead based on skill and knowledge.

Sorry to waste space on the forum. Working graveyard shifts makes one tired lol
