CSU Chico BSN Fall 2016

Hi everyone,

If I'm not mistaken, it looks as though no thread has been started for Chico's Fall 2016 BSN nursing program. I recently submitted my application and currently playing the waiting game. It'd be nice to hear from fellow applicants. Good luck to you all!

congrats!! but are you sure its for the nursing school? they send everyone a packet who gets into the actual school. also what are your stats?

I called the nursing department and they said they wouldn't have admission decisions for the BSN program until early May.

With a 92 though you are almost certain to get in.

does Chico have an Intent to Enroll fee?

They do, it's 200. However, nursing students have an eligible exemption, at least until you know your acceptance status. It's a selectable option on the exemptions list when you go to submit your intent.

Has anyone heard anything yet? I only received an email stating they'd release the results mid may if not sooner? I am applying with 88 points under the new system...

I received the notice also. I have not heard anything otherwise though. Hopefully next week.

No!! I have been checking my email, junk mail, and this website all day for any updates. I think since the 15th landed on a Sunday, they won't let us know until tomorrow.

Have not heard anything yet either. I agree, probably not seeing anything due to the weekend. Hopefully tomorrow!!
