Has anyone submitted an application to the CSU Channel Islands Goleta Spring 2022 BSN program? If so, what are your stats, and have you heard from them?

I felt very confident with my interview this time around but I guess it's just a very compacted program. I am going to look around at other BSN programs and in the meantime try and do things to better my application.
My overall GPA is 3.5 and science and math GPA is 3.8 TEAS Score was in the 97th-99th percentile for all areas. I have over 2,000 hours of work experience as a medical assistant for a reproductive endocrinologist. I did an ROP program for Sports medicine. I think this is all the stuff they count. The only thing I don't have is I am not currently a channel islands student and I have no college foreign language. I'm thinking of taking a sign language class and apply again next year but I don't want to waste another year waiting to get in for this program. How about you?
I am going to retake my TEAS exam and take some Summer classes of additional classes to boost my application. Tbh I am so mad RN. From the misinformation to the amount of time and money I have invested. I thought about an entry level masters program but I think I need a BSN plus who has money to do?

Yes, I know ? I felt very confident this time around I really don't know how the interview could have gone any better. I think just nursing as a major is extremely hard. I think another option is applying to community college and going the associates route. Get an Associates RN then apply in the future for RN to BSN in the meantime apply each year to different BSN programs ? it is a lot of time and money investment hoping in the future it will pay off. The only hard thing about associates RN at most community colleges is you have to go CNA-LVN-RN which takes a very long time and money which is why I thought my application would be good enough to wait for a BSN...

Via email! I'm not sure if Channel islands has any sort of waitlist so still holding out hope for that possibility!

Yes, same email. Maybe it takes awhile for everyone to receive their notices. Or hopefully you got in so they send rejections first and then acceptances possibly. I emailed Hendra about the waitlist possibility and waiting for a response. Still holding out hope! Good luck to you!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. You keep trying too and good luck with this program. I hope you made it in, if not, I am sure you will make it somewhere where it's meant to be. ?
