Tricky!!! I want to say 70? Or 60? I'm not sure off the top of my head actually. :-/ I do know it's not very many. I'll check when I get home in the morning! :-)

Okay! It is usual 60 units that transfer. You CAN talk to a counselor and ask for up to 70, but rarely will 70 Jr College credits transfer up to your major. Unless of course, you are planning to double major, in which case talk to the counselor ASAP. :-) that is the info I found. It may not be 100% accurate though, so I would always recommend calling admissions and verifying.

Hey all, so if our final grades are not due until July, when does school start? I am thinking they would still take a couple weeks to decide after final grades are in which means we wouldnt find out until early aug....isnt that when school would start??

September 16 is the first day of class for the fall quarter at CSUB. I think the first round of choices is notified sometime in June-July and then the spaces left over from those who don't accept are offered to the next round sometime in early August. My friend was in the second round and got her acceptance letter the first week of August last year.

Is anyone who applied to the nursing program a transfer student from a different university or college? I got accepted to CSUB this fall, but by may 1st i have to give a 100 dollar deposit for intent to enroll. However, the CSUB nursing program doesn't let us know if we are officially accepted until June/July. Is anyone in the same situation as me?

I'm not in that situation. I attend CSUB. Acceptance letters are starting the first week of July. Did you apply anywhere else?

Hi 2013 hopefuls. This may be too early to even think about but does anybody know of any good websites to find csub student roommates? If I get in this Sept. then I will be needing to find a place to stay.. im from los angeles so commuting is not an option I hear bakersfield rent is a bit cheaper? I hope so. Anybody know how much it is to share a two bedroom apt? Im looking to rent an apartment near campus preferably. I'm hoping there is a website or something for csub students. Any answers will help THANKS! N gluck to all in getting in!!! crosses fingers.

It's definitely cheaper to rent here than in LA. As far as how to find a roommate, I have no idea. Maybe put an ad out? It might be just as easy to find a studio to rent.
