CSN SON Fall 2017

Hello! I'm applying for fall too. Cna is not a requirement, which is great!! Did you take the kaplan yet? How many points do you have?

I had scheduled an appointment to take the Kaplan in January, but they won't be offering it anymore. So I would have to go on stand by in December. So far without the Kaplan, I'm around 36 or 37 points. I'm also kind of considering of going to Nevada State for their BSN program. Not too sure about it so far.

I did the standby for the Kaplan and got in. I was kind of considering NSC too, and would do the part time there. From what I can tell it would only take a semester longer, and doing the associates first would at least let me be licensed sooner. I only have 28 points, since I'm finishing up some classes in spring, so who knows if I'll even get in.

Sorry to get back to you so late. I just took the Kaplan this past Saturday. I did standby as well, and they took in all 27 standby students! So far, I have everything needed to apply to the program! March 1st is the deadline, I believe. I'm just glad I am finally done with all the biology classes. 224 was pretty intense for me.

Glad you got in the KAT! That was so stressful having to be there so early. I will have the bare minimum to apply since I'm taking 251 and com 101 this semester. I'm hoping 28 points is enough :). I'm meeting with the advisor next Wednesday, so I'm going to see what he thinks. How many points will you have?

I'm applying with 39 points if I have my calculations right. Who are you taking for 251? I hope it's enough too! I heard for the fall 2016 cohort, someone got in with about 15 points. It doesn't hurt to try!

I have Kendra Kimberly for my lab the lecture is online. Fingers crossed to get in fall. You will get in no problem!

Hi, I did pass the Kaplan. I took it the last day that they were offering it back in December. They are no longer doing the Kaplan, they will be moving on to the TEAS.

I am doing my prerequisites right now for the program. It looks like the total amount of points you can make is 34 ( I think they took the 10pts off for the MAth 120 class)? IS this true?

Also, It looks like a lot of the comments talk about the KAPLAN. Is this the preferred test or are any of you guys taking the TEAS?
