C's in LPN program

Published

I hate to say it but it looks as if I am going to earn myself a big fat C in my 2 credit Gerontology course in my LPN program. I have done fairly well in my first year of college. B- and A in Anat & Phys 1 and 2, A in chem, and some more random A's and B's. Will the selection commitee(CRNA Program) really look down on my C or B-. I am only 19 and did need to grasp the whole studying over partying thing. My school also grades A=94-100 B=93-87 C=86-80 F=below 80. Will I recieve any pull by telling them this situation. Just wondering if anyone has been in my shoes and what the outcome was. Thanks for any replies.

I highly doubt a C in the study of aging is going to keep you from becoming a CRNA. Just keep plugging away and do well. Remember, it's the total package that's looked at. Forget about it and move on.

I flunked o-chem when I went to school for my first degree (biology). I still got accepted.
