Hello, I feel your pain, I have been there. Never feel like a failure because you are not. Going through nursing school was not easy and you made it. I failed the Nclex a few times, but never gave up on my dream of becoming a nurse. I passed on my sixth tried on October 1, 2009. I study differently than the other times.

This time I did 100 questions per day, I bought saunders comprehensive and saunders Q&A. I also used Kaplan 2010 version for the tips they game which really worked and also decided to use Nclex 4000 CD rom. I also studied this time about 7-10 hours daily taking notes and reviewing the rationals. I experienced something that I never have before, I took my sweat time and ended up with 177 questions and ran out of time. I though I failed but did not. Kaplan stated that the first 75 questions are the most important. I also decided for every question to look for the wrong answer eliminating all possible wrong answers as well as I used the ABC's and remember that assessment comes before intervention and physical needs comes before psychological needs.

The day before the exam I went to sleep early and did not study. I schedule my exam for 12pm instead of 8am like the other times. I ate a light breakfast before the exam prayed and relaxed. I learned that the best thing to do is take your sweat time because even if you run out of time you can still pass. I know that you cab do it.
