I am paid what the union contract states and since we are not paid one cent extra for a certification that is what I get...nothing! Some contracts and hospitals and Home health agencies pay a bit more. My hospital job pays nothing for my CRNI and my HH job classified me as a specislist and I got a pay raise per hour.In Ca some union contracts will pay 100 dollars per month extra but you must be working in the area of the certification.
