CRNE where can i take

im a registered nurse here in the philippines and planning to work in canada because it's hard to apply in the U.S. nowadays due to resession.

i guess my question is to where will i take the CRNE? do i need to go to canada just to take the exam and then go back here in Ph. and wait for the result.

Is there a test centers here where i can take CRNE like NCLEX? pls help i really need your advices.thank you
