Colorado is a partial opt out state. It allows direct billing by CRNAs for Medicare in rural hospitals and CAHs so in that regard it is CRNA friendly. I haven't worked in Colorado, but from the job postings it seems like most states with the larger "more desirable" cities being ACTs and the more rural "less desirable" cities and towns having independent CRNA practices.

I'm planning on relocating to Colorado. Does anyone know if it's a CRNA friendly state, and what the market looks like for CRNAs? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
