CRNA University of Miami starting January 2019

Hello everyone,

I have started the application process for the BSN to DNP Anesthesia Track program at University of Miami that will start January 2019. It would be nice to know who else is applying to compare information, help one another, and start getting to know our classmates. Feel free to comment! :)

I call to the coordinator, they do not connect me with her, but the lady told me that same students were accepted for the program, but we still have a chance

because you still have a chance and you're on hold for further consideration .. on the other hand, I haven't gotten a response and my interview was more than 3 weeks ago :( but its okay . im still hopeful :)

Maybe you are right. We all will get an answer according to Email: All applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis on May 1st. Please note that you will be contacted by a member of our team between May 1st and September 30th once a decision is made on your application. Good luck.

Hello CRNA, any thoughts or explanation about the application on hold? Did you hear from someone that was accepted or denied?

Hello, you should call them and ask what it means. From what I understand, if they really like you , they usually contact you within 2-10 days. If you are good, but not the best .. you may be on the alternate list for "further consideration." ?!?! Then they will interview more people (remember it's rolling basis for this Program).

Hope you will hear from them soon. Congrats on completing the interview. I know waiting is not easy, just like us. we are waiting for the interview invitation!

I have not hear from anyone accepted of denied. Only you and me on the Hold! Any news??? Now the wait is even longer.

I don't have any news. I spoke with students of this program for 2018, everyone told me that "application on hold" means that we are on the waiting list. If somebody from 35 candidates does not show up, we have a chance........
