Hello
Is there anyone applying, have interviewed or has been accepted for Thomas Jefferson University DNP CRNA program in Philadelphia? They are the first school in Philly to have a DNP program. I am considering applying. Any suggestions? Thoughts? Thanks.
The interview was really straightforward, like akapterian said. It was more conversational and they made me feel comfortable through the entirety of it. Check out other posts on this site regarding "the interview" and you'll be in a good place. I found out in about two weeks, but unofficially at the end of the interview.
I have a 3.8 GPA, a little over 2 years experience by start date in a high-acuity CT SICU, GRE 311 (this program waived it), CCRN, also took a Graduate level course (not at Jeff though...). I'm also involved on my unit's committees and with mentorship.
Best of luck to you!
Perhaps we could start a fb group for this class? I've seen other classes in the forums starting one. I don't know how useful it is but probably will help with getting to know each other.
That's an awesome idea! It would be really beneficial to have a place to discuss topics unique to our cohort. After all, we'll be the program's first DNP graduates. do you know anyone else starting with us?

Thanks akapterian! Well you surely did deserve a seat in their CRNA program. I agree, CCRN is a must!
