Hello:)
I'm a mom of 4, all under 5 years old. My husband is overseas to Afghanistan for 2 months at a time. Is the idea of CRNA school just crazy for me? I have about 5 years of ICU experience.
Thanks!

That’s the way to go! I just graduated from my schools last MS Anesthesiology program.... I start work next month in my new position as a CRNA and start the part time DNP program the month after so one day when I’m to old push the stretcher to the OR I can pass on my knowledge ?

A classmate of mine had a young child when we started... 4 or 5 I believe and then a child under 1 when we began the program... she moved from out of state and her husband came when he could sue to his work but another family member (like your sister) came with her and she was able to finish the program... support makes a huge difference! Those who do not have built in support have to develop a village... do like the other person recommended which was make a plan for childcare... it can be done. YOU can do this! 3 yrs will come and go no matter what... the only thing that will be different is you will a CRNA at the end ? Good luck! Feel free to keep in touch if you have questions or need anything.
