I am interested in learning what options are available for CRNAs in regards to professional Liability Insurance. I did a search on the web and didn't find much. Do any of you know of some good resources out there or have any wisdom to impart.
Thanks,

Go to the AANA web site. AANA.com AANA is pretty much the only place to get Liability Insurance for CRNA's, wanting their own individual policy. CNA is the insurance co. my policy is thru via AANA.

Correct me if I'm wrong: Its my understanding, the longer you practice...the higher your premium gets. More cases --therefore potentially more liability.
What is the general statue of limitation for adult cases? Are most states 7 yrs? If thats true in your particular state, would your insurance premium max out at 7 years? Do you ever get a "safe-driver" discount ??
