CRNA Clinical Sites and Traveling

I have a few questions in regards to traveling to clinical sites for CRNA programs. 

1. What programs out there require little to no travel to clinical sites? I.e. programs that only require in-state or local travel?

2. For clinical sites in a different state than your home state, where do you stay (friends/family, hotel, AirBNB, RV, etc)? How do you factor in the cost (does your savings or loans help cover this, how much more do you budget for this area)?
