I am a RN, BSN looking to get away from bedside care and have more flexibilty w/ my schedule (would like to work from home). Looking into coding/auditing. Can anyone give me advice if its better to attend a HIM program, or obtain my CRN-C, or my CIC? Would getting into case management assist me in obtaining an at home job? Can remote positions be found for newbies? What is the job market and salary like for these jobs? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks! BTW: 12 yr nursing career in mainly critical care
