CCRN Clinical Hours Verification

I have completed the required 1750 hours for CCRN exam (worked in ICU for a year full time). However about 2 months ago I changed an employer and so only part of the hours were completed with my new employer. Does anyone know how I can provide verification of hours? Can I provide more than one verifier? Can my new employer be the only verifier?

You need the names of two people who can verify that you worked those hours. This can be a coworker or charge nurse I believe - doesn't have to be director or HR. They're not super strict.

Yes, you just need a reasonably valid verification IF REQUESTED, it's not compulsory.
