I'm unsure of how Army Nursing works. I want to become a Critical Care Nurse, yet I'm not sure of I should become a Critical Care Nurse through the Army or not. I know you have to pass the physical and acedemic requirements, but at any point will I have to be a soldier and serve in wars, etc? Or, am I able to become a nurse through their educational programs and then serve my four years as a Critical Care Nurse in the Army? Which is the best military branch to do so? Could you list any pros and cons of an Army Critical Care Nursing and Critical Care Nursing in general? Thank you.
