I am feeling very overwhelmed at the moment . Not sure how to proceed. Huge workload and family conflict have me feeling blue. Any advice for a new nursing student on striking a good balance?

Sit down and make a list of the tasks at home.
1. What MUST be done.
2. What you can do later and the world won't stop.
3. What doesn't really matter one way or the other (or you just do because you think you "should.")
4. What you could have help with from your husband and kids(if they're old enough.) Even preschoolers can
fold towels, undies, dishtowels etc.
Doing freezer cooking really smplifies life!
My husband says I'm a listmaking fool! It really does help calm me down and come up with ideas and solutions.
Thank you. I am feeling so much pressure from the time crunch. So much reading and studying and assignments. I think I need to address my time management and delegating skills. I try to do it all. We are just starting week 3 and I already feel like a zombie. I am terrified of failing out and worry I can't dedicate enough time to focused study and I know skimming won't cut it in nursing school. First big exam is in th am. I'm a bundle of nerves. I just feel sooooo stressed out. Thanks for the suggestions. I will def try them.
It's just after midnight here and BEDTIME!! I'll check back tomorrow. Feel free to PM me. Hugs,
Just don't because you'll be fine!
