Hi,
I'm an applicant for the CPNRE and I already received the letter informing me that I'm eligible to take the exam. However, there was a note on the letter that I still do have to accomplish the "outstanding requirements" which are the following:
- detailed job description from the previous employer
- proof of citenzhip
- evidence of LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
- evidence of Jurisprudence Exam
I took the exam for my IELTS (GT, TBS 7.5) in the Philippines as one of the requirements for my PR and it was 2 yrs ago. I called the British Council in the Philippines, requesting for a copy to be sent directly from them to CNO but they no longer do if it's more than 2 yrs.
I have a friend in Alberta who took the same exam but he wasn't asked to submit any of these. Is there a way for at least the IELTS to be waived? I have the original copy with me. What are my options?
Thank you!

You need to speak to the college but expect to repeat English exam
I called their customer service and one of the agents told me that I can write a letter and forward it to the registration.
Is their a chance for it to be waived?
