Hello.

Just creating this thread for those who have written the CPNRE in Ontario for Nov. and Dec. I personally wrote on the 20th of Nov.

Anyone looking to do the Personvue "trick" to find out if they passed... DO NOT DO IT. I wrote for the first time in September and those who did the trick only delayed their results by at least a week. It only works for NCLEX writers.

Please use this thread for general questions about result times ect. I was apart of a thread in September and it was super useful.

Found that information on how passmark are set on Yardstick's website. I think no one knows the exact pass mark , but I am guessing between 62%-65%( 107-112). I am also awaiting my result, and I trust God that I will be successful.

wrote my exam last Nov. 18. I find it moderately hard and very tricky! Crossing my fingers to get a positive results. Good luck everyone!

Hey yeah it's true that they give u the scores all broken down if u fail but if u pass u jst get a msg saying u passed. Hopefully we make it tru. This was my second attempt and I am hoping to start my year with some good news.

Hmm I thought the passing mark was based on average score. I dont know if 62-65% is correct. On my 1st attempt when I calculated the average score it was 80% on my version and a friend of mine who also failed was 76% it all depends. My score was 107 and yet I failed so I dont think its between 107-112.

Hey, I wrote on the 6th of December. I found the exam to be tricky again. This version of the exam was totally different from my 1st one. I cant wait for the results to be released. I hope we all make it through. I cannot imagine going through it for the 3rd and final time. The thought of it is scary. Keeping my fingers crossed ?

I agree with those who passed dont see their results and unfortunately there are experimental questions in the exam but it doesnt matter as we wouldn't know which one it is when it comes up. As for friends, I wouldn't bother listening to anyone cuz not many will be honest with you all they care about is themselves lol.

"Some of the questions in each exam are experimental. That is, they are administered experimentally to determine their suitability for use on future exams. Although your answers to these experimental questions do not count toward your score, it is important to do your best on each question on the exam because you will have no way of knowing which questions are experimental."

Guys the truth is... No one knows how they mark it or decide whos going to pass. This is the frustrating part of this exam! Now please lets build eachother up and support eachother through this difficult time. We are stronger together. Its possible we might get results this week. I wish you all the best future nurses!!!
