CPNE testing sites on the East Coast??

Where are the CPNE sites on the East Coast, particularlly north of virginia?

Also any feedback positive/negative regarding those sites would be appreciated.

Albany, NY would probably be the closest in your area. I didn't take the CPNE at that site, but I hear good things about it.
