CPNE New York Hospital Queens????

Published

For those that took their CPNE in New York Hospital Queens in Flushing, NY, did you stay at a hotel or did you commute? Would you find that staying at a hotel would better calm your nerves due to the benefit of not having to deal with public transportation and/or driving? Just wondering... Also, how was your experience, would you recommend this testing site? Thanks.

I'm eager to see replies to this as I had the exact same questions. (Jersey girl, here!)

I have family on LI and that would be a good choice for me too. I didn't know they had a testing site in Queens.

I have been waiting for someone to reply to this question, too. Wait for me, I'll be testing in August, I will let you know. It would be nice though if somebody who had been there share his/ her experience. I am from Hudson county, NJ. I am also wondering if I need to stay in a hotel.

Cheapest hotel I see less than a mile away is $137 bucks a night.

Off Subject but natnat1212...you live on Long Island?? My boyfriend just moved there, he is doing his internal medicine residency at Winthrop and I'll be frequenting the area :) Maybe we can meet up and study sometime! when we are ready for CPNE that is :). I know we can't study together for FCCA :(.

ooh nice.. lol. No I live in Queens, I used 2 live on Long Island though and depending on how deep it's not too far from me at all. No, no fcca study but meeting up for CPNE study would be great! Where do you live?

I'm currently Upstate New York, Syracuse area. Hopefully in six short weeks we can both put FCCA behind us and begin to prepare for the dreadful CPNE ..we will try and work something out when the time comes :) Hope the FCCA is treating you well so far !!
