CPNE Application

I submitted my application today but I didn't send the background results because it wouldn't accept the file, can someone please tell me how to do this. I have spent the last 3 hours messing with this:banghead: and still haven't gotten it to send. Please help, TIA.

Tiffany, you can call them and double check. I think the extension is 1-3-1-6.
