I submitted my application today but I didn't send the background results because it wouldn't accept the file, can someone please tell me how to do this. I have spent the last 3 hours messing with this:banghead: and still haven't gotten it to send. Please help, TIA.

I ended up just submitting the *.pdf file. It says that format isn't accepted, but it worked for me. You can also email anything you need to at [email protected] I believe.

Tia, what region did you decide to test in? I'm in the process of submitting my application & scanned the documents in but I'm also having trouble trying to send it. If all else continues to fail I'm gonna fax them.
I'm sorry if I confused you, TIA stands for thanks in advance my name is Tiffany lol. I chose SPAC because I heard they are assigning dates pretty fast also I scanned everything except for the background check to my computer and it automatically saved as a jpg file. I had to email my background check because I couldn't change the pdf file to jpg. Good luck, it took me 5 hours and a headache to give up and email it.

Every time I see TIA, I think "Transient Ischemic Attack" first.
I thought "this is annoying!" ha! Tiffany, call the SPAC as soon as your application is accepted. I've heard nothing but great things about them working with people over the phone.

Tiffany I guess I'm telling my age!

If you don't mind it taking a day or two, you can also snail mail the info to the address given on the application page that includes "CPNE" in it. Although they don't say to do it that way, they do accept it.
I emailed my background check to the learn team email address, will they get it that way.
I don't know. I haven't really been involved with the learn team or I'm not familiar with the term. I just sent mine to the address given on the application. It is just the regular address with ATTN: CPNE, as I recall. It was so long ago, I don't even remember for sure! (I'm going into old age sloshing through this program, dementia is setting in!)
