Courtney Estates or Brier Creek

Hey everyone....moving back to Raleigh in June and am looking for some info on the following apts/communities. Not sure if I am going to buy or rent and have been looking at Courtney Estates or lThe crossings at alexander place. Familiar with their locations, but not the properties. Used to live in Raleigh and we will be moving back to Leesville school district. I can't wait!!!! Anyway, also looking at townhouses in Glenwood North. Any info would be great!

Hi! My family lives in Raleigh, in Brier Creek. Its a really nice area, with a HUGE shopping center right there, so you don't have to go far to run errands. I don't know anything about that particular property but there are a bunch of different apartment complexes (and townhomes) in that area, so you could go look around. That area is very convenient to 40 and 540, which is a plus, but depending on which hospital you work at, can be quite a drive. (WakeMed is half an hour away, 20 minutes to Rex, 20 or so minutes to Duke, half an hour or so to UNC).

Brier Creek alll the wayy....that place is growing so fast and is smack dab in the middle of everything. You'll love it!!

I have to concur - I used to live in the apartments at Courtney Creek when I first came back from overseas in 2002 and it was a pain in the you-know-whatsit....I would definitely live at Brier Creek!
