Could there be a mistake? Or was it all trick questions?

Here is a scary senerio....

Yesterday, our weekly test opened up. It was in a class that I REALLY enjoy. I was even reading some of the book to my husband b/c I find it so interesting. Anyway, I took the test, thinking I was going to get a great grade. I knew the material and the answers on the test. When i was done, my grade popped up. 64%!!!!!!!!! I think I made a funky noise, b/c my husband came in and asked me what was wrong. He then proceeded with breathing excersises. I guess I stopped breathing, who knows.

Here is the deal. I am one of the top in my class. There is one other that I know is ablove me. SHE FLUNKED IT, TOO! We get to class and everyone that has taken the test has flunked it! Nobody has passed it and the ones that have not taken it are turning green.

Could it be a mistake? It was an online test with automated scoring. I want to notify the instructor, but she tends to be, ummmmmm, hostile.

Has anyone ever had a test that ended up scoring incorrectly and it was changed? Are the Blackboard test 100% correct? Or did we just bomb the test as a whole and should just suck it up?

I know I had an issue w/ a blackboard test at my school awhile back. I don't remember exactly what the deal is but she ended up just giving us a whole new test. If your entire class has failed and that isn't the norm, I think i'd at least bring it up to the prof.

Were all the questions multiple choice, or was there any fill in the blank? Because fill in the blanks have to be hand graded and will make your score look WAY worse than it is!

Nope, it was multiple choice.

All four campuses failed the test. There is a review going on today over the test questions. We should get an adjusted grade. I finally just buckled down and asked the instructor via email. We are all breathing a sigh of relief...
