Could i have a concussion?

Hey, brand new user! Technically i'm a paramedic student but i'm fishing for advice since i'm not exactly all that qualified at the moment ;)

So while i was out on Friday last week (admittedly a little drunker than i should have been) i walked into a metal parking pole while speaking to a friend beside me. It knocked me to the floor but i carried on into a club i was going to, then had to leave 10 minutes later feeling dizzy when i remember falling over again outside.

Paramedics took me into the hospital (how ironic) and i was checked over by a nurse and released with painkillers. I'm still having headaches and lack of focus at this point..

And just for the interested viewers, yes it left me a nasty bruise:

We can't give advice per the TOS. The mods are going to close this thread, don't be surprised.
