I explored opportunities with Cottage Health System in Santa Barbara, CA, but their hourly rate is not commensurate with the cost of living. A RN (BSN) with 4 years of experience would start at $38.11 and the night shift differential is $4 per hour. This is as of August 31, 2011. Just an FYI!
