Cost: Tuition Fees Or...?

Published

I've been reading some numbers on the schools' websites with a sum number titled "Tuition", but does this include just the fees? Or the books, living costs, etc. as well?

Also, how likely are you to get financial aid? If you can't get any scholarships, would they give any aid based on need-based only?

Thanks!

Tuition usually is just that. Fees are added on, so are living expenses and books.

With my school the "total" is just books and classes/ lab fees. The scrubs, and everything else is extra even the tests and background check are an extra cost out of pocket

Usually the total sum of tuition is just for the classes and lab fees. It depends on the school because some schools might include books, scrubs, equipment, etc. in the total price of tuition.

My university has the price of tuition and a price for tuition and boarding. They also have different prices for in state and out of state students.
