CTF vs SVSP

Anyone know which facility is the better place to work at? I know CTF is minimum to medium security but its crazy old being built in the 40's. SVSP on the other hand is maximum security and built in the mid 90's and has about 900 less prisoners. Anyone have experience at both facilities could you please advise? Thank you!
