Cook Children's July 2021

Hello! As you know, the Cook Children's application for July 2021 opens soon. This thread is so us applicants can communicate and make sure we're on top of the application process. Good luck to everyone!

Mine says "Your application has been sent to a manager. If the manager would like to proceed with an interview, you will be contacted by their office". And I have an interview scheduled, but I'm not sure when the status changed to this.

Hi I also applied for the Critical Care track and have not heard back yet... Also today was supposed tot be the deadline for it so I am surprised I haven't even gotten a rejection letter //; Fingers crossed I hear something back soon

This is what my application says as well and I have an interview setup as well.

I also applied for the critical care track but did not get a callback for an interview ? I was hoping they were maybe behind because of the snow storm last week but I don't know.

I applied for the medical surgical subspecialty! I got my verification email for the interview today as well.

I just had mine. I feel okay about it. The interview was so nerve wracking, I hope they liked me! I feel I did alright on the case study, I was so nervous I feel like I kept saying “um” ?

Yay, at least it's over for you! I am sure you did great, it always feels worse than it really is when you think you say "um". About how long did it last? Did you feel prepared for the case study?

It lasted about an hour from start to finish (waiting to be interviewed and being interviewed). No, I don’t feel I was prepared even though I have been studying this whole week ? hopefully I’m just overthinking it and did better than I thought.

Well, I hope we just get through this week and the results are good at the end for us all!! Did they mention when people will hear back with offers? I know on the website it says the 15th, but I hope we don't have to wait that long.
